  Kevin, with over 25 years in the construction industry, started the firm with the intent of bringing quality service normally associated with large firms to the small Tenant Improvement market. With 15 years of working for or as a general contractor and 12 years in construction management, experience includes extensive Tenant & Capital Improvements, High-rise construction, major building renovations & retrofits, structural upgrades and In 2006, Kevin will maintain the responsibility as the Client's "Point-of Contact" as well as estimating and project management.

  Manager/LEED Project Coordinator

  Monica brings over 10 years of office management experience. In addition, Monica is actively continuing her education in the green building field. Attending conferences and seminars, she strives to incorporate the latest advances into the way we do business.
  Monica has been active in the firm since it's inception and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree with Honors at the University of California, Davis. We look forward to her advancement in the construction industry.
